Maeri on OTT: Know where to watch Sai Deodhar's series about a protective and roaring mother

Sae Deodhar is an Indian actress who mainly works in Hindi television. She is known for her roles in Star Plus's drama series Saara Akaash and Sony TV's drama series Ek Ladki Anjaani Si. The actress is set to be seen in a new show, titled, Maeri. Let's find out where to watch it. 

Where will Maeri release on OTT?

On November 26, ZEE5 announced a new show titled Maeri on their official Instagram account. Sharing a poster of the show featuring Sai Deodhar, they added that the show will be coming soon on that OTT platform. They captioned the post, "When justice fails, a mother roars. #Maeri coming soon, only on #ZEE5." Once it releases on ZEE5, you will be also available to watch with your OTTplay Premium subscription.

The poster shows Sai looking intense as she is carrying a bag and preparing to fight against something serious. The caption of the post signifies the fierce and protective instincts of a mother who takes matters into her own hands when justice is not served. It also highlights determination and resilience when a mother refuses to remain silent or passive in the face of injustice.

The show seems to explore revenge, activism, or advocacy, highlighting a mother's boundless love and relentless drive to seek justice for her child.

About Sai Deodhar

Sai appeared in her first role as a child artist in a 1993 Marathi Movie - Lapandav. She played the mischievous young sister of the protagonist. She went to Mumbai to pursue her career in modeling and got the role in Saara Akaash. Later, she married her on-screen co-star, Shakti Anand of Saara Akaash in 2005. She gave birth to a baby girl in 2011.

Her other films are Prahar, Ghar Aunda, and Mogra Phulaalaa. She was seen as Inspector Priyanka (supporting role) in the popular investigative series, CID.

Sai's other TV works include Jodee Kamaal Ki, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai, Ek Ladki Anjaani Si, Baat Hamari Pakki Hai, Adaalat - Murda Qatil, Savdhaan India, and more.
