Ma Oori Polimera 2: No one believed in our story, says director Anil Vishwanath

Ma Oori Polimera 2 is one of the most talked-about films in recent times. The dark thriller is the sequel to Ma Oori Polimera and was directed by Dr. Anil Vishwanath. Satyam Rajesh and Kamakshi Bhaskarla played the main leads in this film, which has become a smash hit at the box office.

Speaking about the film's success, director Anil says no one believed in his subject but he was confident that Polimera had the potential to be made in multiple parts. "We encountered many unexpected situations during the process but marched ahead with courage and conviction. The film is a smash hit and it is a collective effort of my entire team". adds Anil.

Adding further, producer Gowr Kriesna says, "The reason for the success of this film is director Anil's talent. After watching 'Polimera 1', I met Anil and pitched the idea of a sequel and here we are through thick and thin, celebrating our film's success. The collections have been fabulous and Polimera 2 is still doing great in its second week, which is great for a small film like ours".

Last but not least, Satyam Ramesh says the producer worked very hard to make the film what it is today. "Thanks to Vamsi Nandipati, this movie achieved a big success". added Satyam Rajesh, who plays a very dark role in the sequel. 

His performance is being lauded as one of the biggest assets of the film. The film is also in plans to make Polimer 3 on a massive scale. A special budget has been allocated for the third part, which will go on floors next year.
