Lust Stories 2 actor Mrunal Thakur to make her Kollywood debut with THIS super hit director's project?

Mrunal Thakur, who acted in a few Hindi and Marathi movies, turned out to be a sensation after the release of Sita Ramam, her debut south project which was released last year. The blockbuster film helmed by Hanu Raghavapudi went on to attract audience across the country and earned a cult status.

The actress's latest release is Lust Stories 2 which dropped on Netflix the other day. She started trending on Twitter ever since the series began streaming on the platform. She currently has a few much-awaited movies including the ones with Vijay Deverakonda and Nani.

We now hear that the actress is set to make her debut in Tamil. Going by a few sources, she has been approached to play the female lead in AR Murugadoss's project which has Sivakarthikeyan playing the lead. The director-actor duo is yet to officially announce the news of them joining hands.    

Siva was the chief guest for the audio launch of the filmmaker's production venture August 16 1947 which was released earlier this year. A formal reveal of their teaming up is expected to happen soon along with details of other cast and crew details.

Siva will join the movie after completing SK 21 (tentative title) for which he is currently shooting. He has been hiding his hairstyle for the film while attending events these days, and it has evoked curiousity among cinephiles. Maaveeran is the actor's next release. The action drama is hitting screens on July 14.

He will have another release, Ayalaan, too, this year. The long-pending sci-fi flick has been scheduled for a release around Deepavali.
