God has had enough of Lucifer's deeds that he has finally decided to set foot on Earth and take matters into his own hands. That's where the first part of the final season of Lucifer left us. Now, Netflix has dropped the trailer of the concluding part of the series that is set to air on May 28.

The trailer explores the family dynamics between God (Dennis Haysbert), his children Lucifer and Michael (both played by Tom Ellis) and Amenadiel (DB Woodside). It shows the family dining together, how they refer to themselves as the 'most dysfunctional family ever' and even has Chloe (Lauren German) telling the Almighty how terrible he is as a father, respectfully, of course. God can also be seen petting Lucifer.

The most startling revelation though is when God declares that he is planning to retire, sparking the thought in Lucifer that the time has come for him take His place. With Michael too in the race, the twins gear up to battle each other.

Another ‘not so obvious’ revelation was that Chloe might be pregnant with Lucifer’s child and we will see him crack some dad jokes. The trailer also drops a rock on our hearts with Lucifer telling Chloe that if he says 'those three words' to her, it will be a lie.

While the scene could be a high (or low) point for many, the second part of Lucifer's fifth and final season promises an epic ending to this diabolically charming Devil's tale.
