Team Lubber Pandhu has begun the dubbing process for the film. Pictures of the film's leading lady, Sanjana lighting the kuthuvilakku and beginning the dubbing session has been doing the rounds on the internet. Sanjana was last seen in Prime Video's hit thriller series, Vadandhi- The Fable of Velonie.

The team of Lubber Pandhu, which has Thamizharasan Pachamuthu at its helm, has Harish Kalyan in the lead. The team had recently released a poster which featured Harish swinging a cricket ball. The project is billed as an intense sports drama and it also stars Attakathi Dinesh in the lead.

Earlier, Harish Kalyan had shared his excitement about being part of the film. He wrote on his social media handle, "We all love cricket. I'm sure you all will love #LubberPandhu  Excited to kickstart this wonderful project produced by @Prince_Pictures & directed by @tamizh018 (sic)."

This is the first time that Harish Kalyan and Dinesh are coming together for a film. The supporting cast includes Kaali Venkat, Bala Saravanan and Swasika Vijay.

While Sean Roldan has scored the music, Dinesh Purushothaman has handled the cinematography and G Madan is the editor.

Harish Kalyan also has a slew of films in his kitty, which includes Mahendra Singh Dhoni's maiden production, Let's Get Married, which is commonly addressed as LGM. The film is directed by Ramesh Thamilmani, who has also scored the music. The film stars Harish Kalyan, Ivana and Nadiya Moidu as part of the star cast with Yogi Babu playing a crucial role.

It is to be noted that Ramesh Thamilmani was the brain behind the comic book, Atharva: The origin, which featured Dhoni as a mythological superhero. It's no surprise that the ace cricketer chose him for the film. Harish Kalyan also has in his kitty, Ramkumar Balakrishnan's Parking and director Sasi's Nooru Kodi Vaanavil.-
