Lover, Stalker, Killer is gearing up for its OTT release on Netflix. The trailer, which was dropped on Thursday flashed a February 9 release date.

In the nearly 2-minute trailer, we meet a man Dave Kroupa, who narrated his dating life that seemed fun at first when he met a single woman, Cari Farver in her thirties in 2012. “I made it clear I was absolutely not going to be tied down,” Dave said in the trailer. The love life was all good until he met another woman Liz, whose love for motorcycles won over Dave. The love triangle takes a drastic turn when he gets threatening messages from Farver. What follows next is the brutal bloody tale of a digital love triangle gone wrong after stalking and dating ends in a murder.

Lover, Stalker, Killer is a true crime documentary that narrates the twisted tale of love, dating, jealousy, and murder. The inhuman crime is explored in detail with the use of several Interviews, circumstantial evidence, and archival footage. The reenactment shows the retired Omaha Police Department detectives delving into the gory criminal case and expressing disbelief over the inhumane behavior. The chilling dramatization is bound to pique the interest of viewers to watch how love can also be fatal in the digital age.

Directed by Sam Hobkinson (the force behind Fear City: New York vs The Mafia), Lover, Stalker, Killer will be unfolding its horrendous crimes on February 9.
