Writer, filmmaker K Dasaradh, who rose to prominence with films like Santosham and Mr Perfect, is penning the screenplay for Harish Shankar’s action entertainer Ustaad Bhagat Singh. He recently turned a producer for a film titled Love You Ram (also referred to as Love U Ram), a romance drama starring Natyam fame Rohit Behal and Aparna Janardanan in the lead.
The drama was directed by DY Chowdary. Love You Ram was jointly produced by DY Chowdary, K Dasaradh under Mana Entertainment and Sri Chakra Films. Dasaradh also wrote the story for the film. The film released in theatres on June 30 and opened to good reviews, though it drew a blank at the ticket window. Nearly seven weeks after its theatrical release, Love You Ram is now out on OTT.
Leading OTT platform aha had acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights of the romance and decided to premiere the film this Friday. The story revolves around Ram (Rohit Behal), a self-centred entrepreneur in Norway who hopes to marry an obedient girl. He decides to get hitched to Divya, a woman based out of Khammam.
Things take a turn for the worse when Divya discovers dark truths behind the marriage. What’s in store for Divya and her marriage? Why does Ram marry her in the first place? Watch out for the film to know more. Praveen Varma wrote the dialogues for the film whose screenplay was provided by Kishore Gopu, Shiva Mokka. It was co-produced by Sudhakar Borra (Tennessee), D Nageswar Rao.
Guru Murali Krishna was the art director for the film which had music by K Vedaa. Sai Santhosh cranked the camera for the same. Aditya Music acquired the audio rights of Love You Ram. The film marked the Telugu debut of Aparna Janardanan, who’ll next be seen opposite Rakshit Atluri in Narakasura.
