Akshay Indikar, in a statement, said that bringing Rahul and Subhadra's tale to life in Raah Sangharsh Ki was an exciting adventure. Their narrative touched him because of his own history and experiences. Their story shows how love can be a brave act, defying societal norms and expectations. It is an honour for the director to be a part of Love Storiyaan and to convey their narrative as a filmmaker. One can't help but feel optimistic and joyful after reading this series. It is with much anticipation that he looks forward to sharing this tale with Prime Video subscribers.
Archana Phadke stated that she has always been curious about love and its complexities; she anticipates that it will take her a number of films to get a good grasp on the subject. It has been an extraordinary experience to work on Love Storiyaan with five other filmmakers, each bringing their own distinct viewpoint to the exploration of love's emotional depths. Archana aspired to comprehend a love that endures through her film Faasley. An eternal love that defies all odds by spanning centuries and continents. She discovered the story of Dhanya and Homayon, a couple who fought for their love no matter what. The director has faith that this narrative will inspire many others, just as it did her.
Collin D'Cunha expressed his enthusiasm for exploring the remarkable love story of Tista and Dipan, highlighting their bond through their courageous journey. Love Beyond Labels, his short tale, is about people who reject discrimination in society without sacrificing who they really are, and that's what makes Love Storiyaan such a lovely film. Together with the other filmmakers, Somen and he set out to weave together the lives of these actual people in an emotive and visually arresting mosaic; they pray that audiences will find something to identify with in it.
Hardik Mehta, who directed the segment An Unsuitable Girl, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of Love Storiyaan, a series that allows him to showcase his distinct storytelling style with gentle humour and profound emotions. The touching love tale of Aekta and Ullekh deeply touched him. The way love permeates every aspect of family life in India, not just romantic relationships, struck him the most.
Shazia Iqbal and her co-director Rahul explored the intricate nature of romantic relationships in their exploration of Farida and Sunit's love story, which often defies the simplicity portrayed on screen. They felt we were doing something special as they followed Farida and Sunit over the picturesque landscape of Bangladesh; their return home will serve as an inspiration to many. It has been an incredible adventure to immortalise these one-of-a-kind tales of genuine love through Love Storiyaan, and they are overjoyed to share these remarkable stories of everyday individuals just like them.
For Vivek Soni, one of the most fulfilling aspects of being a storyteller is sharing tales of love. He derives great pleasure from discovering new cultures and environments. While working on their anthology, he had the incredible pleasure of meeting Nicholas and Rajani. Vivek wanted to do more than just make a film; he wanted to become emotionally invested in the couple and see their journey through it all. The efforts of Prime Video and Dharmatic Entertainment to establish a secure environment for narratives and storytellers demonstrate the progress the medium has made in the past few years. Love on Air gives him the chance to convey Nicholas and Rajani's story, and he is grateful for the chance to be a little part of telling the world about their incredible journey.
