Love Mouli fails to get going on OTT - No takers for the Navdeep starrer

Love Mouli is Navdeep's latest film, which hit the screens on June 7, 2024. Directed by Avaneendra, the film had Pankhuri Gidwani as the female lead and ended as a massive flop at the box office. Love Mouli did not even collect Rs 2 crore in its full run and was out on Aha in just two weeks of its theatrical release.

No takers for Love Mouli on OTT

Love Mouli started streaming on Aha on June 28, 2024 and has not found any takers. There is not much buzz for the film in the OTT space, and all those who saw the film are upset with the fact that such an interesting story was spoilt by some silly narration by the director Avaneendra. The pace of the film is slow and the emotions went for a toss in the film, writes yet another person on social media.

Love Mouli is about an artist who does not believe in true love. One fine day, he paints a picture of the girl who he idolizes, and she comes out of the picture and starts dating him. After facing issues, he draws yet another picture, and the same thing happens. How different women played by the same Pankhuri Godwani make him realize what true love is the basic story of the film.

There is so much adult content in the film it looks sleazy after a while. One of the audience wrote on social media that there was no need to showcase the film in such a bold manner. The film had some traces of fun in the second half, but that did not last long for the audience. Love Mouli was in the making for five long years and was postponed twice before it came out on June 7, 2024. 

The only solace of the film was Pankhuri Godwani's performance. She played three different women in the film and gave a solid performance. Navdeep pinned a lot of hopes on the film as he was making a comeback as the main lead after a long time. But sadly, Love Mouli did not find any takers in theaters and, sadly, in the OTT space as well.
