Love is Blind is back for another season to prove how looks are not as important as people thought they were when it comes to finding ‘the one’. The trailer for the reality dating show’s second season was unveiled recently which shows a new group of singles taking the plunge and putting themselves out there to find their happy endings.

The short trailer shows the ‘pods’, small rooms where the singles meet and interact without being able to see each other, lit up and ready to welcome the new group. The clip features the 30 contestants talking about why they joined the show, with some stating that they get a better idea of people’s personality while some others mention how freeing it is to not be judged on their looks. The short clip also features moments where the singles get emotional as they feel how their lives could drastically change at a moment’s notice.

In the show, couples interact over the course of ten days and get to see each other only when one of them proposes and the other accepts. The couples who become engaged are whisked away to a couple’s retreat for a while and the ones who are still together at the end of the show, get married.

Love Is Blind was created by Chris Coelen and the new season will be hosted by Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey. The first season of the series had seen eight couples get engaged, with two of them still together as of the present. The Emmy nominated show has also been renewed for a third season.

The latest season of Love is Blind will premiere on Netflix on February 11.
