Lost, starring Yami Gautam, will start streaming on ZEE5 on February 16, the platform announced on Thursday. Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury's investigative thriller, which is set in Kolkata, will have Gautam in the character of a crime reporter who is determined to learn the truth about the sudden disappearance of a young theatre activist.
Yami Gautam shared the news on her social media account with a poster and wrote, "The quest for justice has to continue even when the path is unknown because the #TruthIsNeverLost
#LostOnZEE5, premieres 16th Feb only on @ZEE5India."
Produced by Zee Studios and Namah Pictures, Lost is written by Shyamal Sengupta with dialogues by Ritesh Shah. Pankaj Kapur, Rahul Khanna, Neil Bhoopalam, Pia Bajpiee and Tushar Pandey also round out the cast of the upcoming film.
Lost, a film based on real-life events, has screened at numerous international film festivals, including the 53rd International Film Festival of India, the Atlanta Indian Film Festival, and the Chicago South Asian Film Festival 2022.
Produced by Zee Studios and Namah Pictures, 'Lost' will premiere on ZEE5 from February 16.
