“After this show, if I kill him, please don’t arrest me,” jests Arshad Warsi, about Boman Irani at the beginning of a new video that Amazon Prime Video dropped on May 2 on YouTube. The video has the duo reacting to memes that feature the two actors and is actually hilarious.
The three-minute-long video starts with a meme, captioned: “When relatives ask ‘Shaadi kab karoge?’ for the 362nd time,” and has Boman’s 3 Idiots character saying, “I will get back to you on this''.
Another meme that most of us can relate to these days draws reference to Boman’s character from PK, in which he stands in his boxers in a newsroom, with the caption: “Zoom call me video off nahi kiye? Galti kiye”
No meme collection is complete without Arshad’s character from the Munnabhai films and the video too had plenty with Circuit. But the one featruring his Golmaal character saying, “Ye koi tareeka hai bheekh mangne ka?”, stood out.
The video comprised 12 hilarious memes featuring the duo, who hosted the Amazon Prime Video show LOL: Hasse To Phasse.
The show also features comedians such as Aadar Malik, Aakash Gupta, Aditi Mittal, Ankita Shrivastava, Cyrus Broacha, Gaurav Gera, Kusha Kapila, Mallika Dua, Sunil Grover and Suresh Menon, who battle against each other to make the other contestants laugh while trying hard to avoid laughing themselves.
