The sweet ecstasy of living with films and shows after they have ended is quite fun, especially when they are thrillers with open-ended conclusions. Films with endings that leave the interpretation to the viewer are gutsy and immersive because the viewer becomes the storyteller, shaping an ending that suits them best. The internet, in general, loves these stories where the climax is left open, allowing for endless theories and discussions. Try Reddit someday, and you'll see what I mean. One such movie has now been released on streaming in India, and fans are busy figuring out what a particular character was doing at a bar. We're talking about Logan Lucky, which stars Adam Driver and is now available on Lionsgate Play in India. If you haven't seen the film, there are SPOILERS AHEAD!

Logan Lucky Summary

Lionsgate Play recently announced and released Logan Lucky on their streaming platform. The film, which was released in 2017, stars Adam Driver alongside Channing Tatum, Daniel Craig, Riley Keough, Hilary Swank, Sebastian Stan, Katie Holmes, and an ensemble cast. It is a heist drama where family comes together with friends to plot a robbery. Will they succeed? Let's find out. Read on to know everything you should about the same.

In West Virginia, a family man named Jimmy Logan (Channing Tatum) teams up with his brother Clyde (Adam Driver), who has only one arm, and his sister Mellie (Riley Keough). Together, they plan to steal money from the Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina. In the process, Jimmy recruits Joe Bang (Daniel Craig), a demolition expert who will help them break into the underground system of the organization they want to rob. However, they are unprepared for the world to turn upside down as they must carry out the heist during a NASCAR race and evade FBI agent Sarah Grayson (Hilary Swank), who is relentlessly pursuing them.

Logan Lucky Ending Explained

The heist goes down successfully, as expected. The plan, which keeps the team always ahead of the system, is phenomenal. It involves using the tube system underneath the Speedway Complex to extract the money and hide it in garbage bags, which they collect with a truck. Later, we see Jimmy informing the cops where the money is, revealing that this was always part of the plan. They get the money and make a fortune as time passes.

However, Sarah Grayson is not ready to let this go and remains obsessed with the Logans. Six months pass, and Sarah has found no concrete evidence to arrest the Logan siblings. In the last moments of Logan Lucky, we meet Sarah in Clyde’s bar, where she is a regular customer. She watches the siblings bond and chill over some drinks. Clyde comes to Grayson and pours her a drink, telling her that he has never seen her before. She responds that she is passing through and hopes to stay a while. The movie ends.

There is no confirmation on what Sarah is planning to do to bring the Logans to justice, but there are many possibilities. Is the Logan curse still possible? Are we not over it yet? Is Sarah Grayson now so obsessed with this case that she doesn't want to let it go? She might also just want to see the people who carried out such a smooth heist. There have been no plans for a sequel to give us answers. There was a prequel with Joe Bang at the center, but it never took off.
