Filming for this romantic comedy took place mostly in the hilly regions of Idukki, under the direction of Aby Treesa Paul and Anto Jose Perera. Shine Tom Chacko, Chemban Vinod Jose, Jaffer Idukki, Baburaj, Renji Panicker, Maala Parvathi, Parvathy Babu, Aima Rosmy, John Kaippallil, and Ramya Suvi are among the other notable actors in the movie.

The main characters of Little Hearts are Sibi and his father Baby, who lead a modest life while tending to the needs of their family and their friend Johnson's cardamom estate. Sibi and Baby's romance blossoms during this time, and he also has a crucial role to play in telling Baby's parents about Johnson's son's unexpected and upcoming wedding. The main question of the film is whether Sibi can handle everything without breaking anyone's heart. In theatres, reviews were mixed, with some applauding the story's straightforward and humorous plotlines.

Rajesh Pinnadan, who penned the screenplays for Biju Menon's Oru Thekkan Thallu Case and Prithviraj Sukumaran's Vilayath Buddha, wrote the script for this movie. Sandra Thomas, who most recently provided funding for the survival thriller Nalla Nilavulla Rathri, which is streaming on Amazon Prime Video, is the one behind this romantic comedy.
