There's a new genre in K-Dramas that has been gaining popularity. It is chaos in office dramas. At least three recently released K-Dramas have touched upon the topic, the most recent being The Art of Negotiation. All of these dramas have one thing in common, and that is chaos. The show, like most commences with the company falling apart.

Here are more dramas like them that you need to watch...

The Potato Lab

The Potato Lab begins with all departments within the company being shut, except The Potato Lab. With this, chaos becomes routine.

Park Hyung-sik's latest drama Buried Hearts takes the whole concept of chaos a lot further. It is about revenge for how little his company cares about their employees' lives, and the extent to which they go to ruin the employee. His character Seo Dongju is out seeking revenge for all he had to put up with, making this the best K-Drama of March 2025.

Kkondae Intern (Playflix)

If 'how the tables turn' had a name, it would be Kkondae Intern. When Ka Yeol-chan (Park Hae-jin) was starting off, he faced a rigid, old-school boss named Lee Man-shik (Kim Eung-soo). This made Yeol-chan quit his job and become the CEO at his new job. He is now assigned a senior intern, who, no points for guessing, is Lee Man-shik.

Gaus Electronics (Playflix)

Marketing Team 3 deals with stress like it is a full-time guest in Gaus Electronics. Whether the employees quit or end the workplace chaos is what this drama is all about.

Sweet and Salty Office (Playflix)

A 30 plus employee is happy with her mundane life from work-to-office till an employee stirs things up. This is when a long-time colleague's attitude shifts, causing a love triangle and with it, chaos within office.
