He leads the neighborhood cricket team and performs well academically. Rinku Rajguru plays Archi, who is the daughter of an upper-class politician. They fall in love and find ways to spend time together while they are in college.

The Marathi period drama stars Ketaki Mategaonkar, Medha Manjrekar, Savita Malpekar, Priya Bapat, and Sachin Khedekar. The film, which is based on a short story, follows the events in a Brahmin family in the Konkan during the years 1930–1950. The head of the family, Hari Damle arranges his brother Mahadev's marriage to a young girl. But Mahadev passes away before the marriage is consummated.
