Malayalam star Asif Ali’s biggest solo hit, Kishkindha Kaandam finally hit the OTT platform, Disney+ Hotstar on November 19 – almost two months after its theatrical run. The mystery-thriller earned critical acclaim not only for its script but also performances of each actor. Directed by Dinjith Ayyathan, the film revolves around three characters played by Asif, Vijayaraghavan, and Aparna Balamurali. The plot follows some strange events occurring in a monkey-inhabited village. A newlywed couple and forest officials embark on a mission to uncover the root cause of the strange disturbances.
