Aranmanai 4, the Tamil movie that was released in theatres in May, is finally going to make its OTT debut on Friday on Disney+ Hotstar. The Aranmanai film franchise has seen four parts so far. While all the films deal with the common premise of a haunted bungalow and a revengeful ghost, Aranmanai 4 brings a twist to the tale by introducing the fresh concept of Baak, an entity feeding on human spirits. With this play, Aranmanai 4 differs largely from its template story and shifts to a more emotional story of a family that is haunted by the deadly entity.
Surprise cameo appearances
Even though two leading ladies, Tamannaah Bhatia and Raashii Khanna, are present in the film, Aranmanai 4 throws in a surprise. In the song Amman, veteran actors Khushbu and Simran appear for the dance sequence. This is definitely a plus point for the film, given it has been a long time we have seen Khushbu and Simran shake a leg together.
