Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, who is also known as the 'Greek God' of India, began his acting career with a big on-screen debut with the film Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai. However, his first on-screen appearance was as a child artist in his grandfather J. Om Prakash's movie Aasha when he was just 6 years of age. Post this, he was seen in multiple films which were made by his grandfather and father. He then rose to massive fame after his debut as a main lead in the film KNPH where he shared screen space with Ameesha Patel.

The debut is still remembered by all. Yes! Hrithik Roshan made a dashing debut with Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai had everyone's attention and made him an overnight star. The romantic drama, directed, written, and produced by Rakesh Roshan also introduced Ameesha Patel to the film business. The story of the film revolves around a budding musician who falls in love with a rich girl, whose father opposes their relationship and kills him. The narrative, however, takes a u-turn when fate intervenes and introduces Hrithik's character's lookalike. Hrithik was appreciated for his performance in the film which also got him the Filmfare awards for both best-actor and best-debut.
Koi... Mil Gaya on ZEE5
Directed by Rakesh Roshan and written by Rakesh, Honey Irani, and Sachin Bhowmick, Koi... Mil Gaya stars Hrithik Roshan, Preity Zinta, and Rekha in the lead roles. In the film, Hrithik plays an intellectually disabled boy who mistakenly summons aliens to Earth and makes contact with them through his father's unfinished project on his computer. Rekha plays Hrithik's mother while Preity plays his love interest. Hrithik's performance in the film is still lauded by the audience.
