While the spelling is not explicitly mentioned in any episodes, it can be noticed mainly in three episodes of the series, namely "The One With The Invitation" (S4E21) during Rachel's invite to Ross' wedding, "The One Where Rachel Has A Baby, Part 2" (S8Е24), on the label of Emma's cradle, and in "The One With Phoebe's Rats" (S9E12) on Rachel's office door nameplate at Ralph Lauren.
Rachel’s favourite movie is Weekend At Bernie's
Rachel claims her favorite movie is Dangerous Liaisons and that one definitely goes with her image more than her actual favorite movie does. But actually, it is Weekend At Bernie's.
Rachel’s favourite book is Little Women
It is understandable why Rachel likes this book on family drama and social pressures. She herself has faced many, from divorced parents to fighting with her sisters and not deciding to marry Barry. It is in season 3, episode 13, that we discover Rachel's favorite read is Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. She admits that Little Women is the only book she's ever read more than one time. In the same episode we understand Joey's favorite book is The Shining by Stephen King.
Rachel Greene is Jewish
Another Rachel Greene secret that's not explicitly seen in any episodes, is that she calls her grandmother ‘Bubbe’ and her fiance, Barry, was a Jewish Doctor. Moreover, if we observe closely, Rachel does have the 90s stereotype Jewish American Princess style - she was born to rich parents, reliant on her father and did not like to work. Her best friend is also of Jewish descent. Most importantly, in an interview with Telegraph (UK), Marta Kauffman (also a Jewish), one of the show's creators, confirmed that Rachel Green is in fact Jewish.

Due to her ambition, Rachel soon landed a job as an assistant at a company called Fortunata Fashion and then as an assistant buyer at Bloomingdale's. In the end, she finally landed her dream job as an executive at Ralph Lauren.
Rachel and Joshua dated in real life too
One of the cringiest parts of the series would be Rachel and Joshua’s relationship. In real life, it was much worse for both of them. Tate Donovan, who played Joshua, and Jennifer Aniston, were breaking up in real life after two years together. Donovan withdrew from the series after only six episodes citing that it was just too tough for him and Aniston to act like they were falling in love when in reality they were breaking up.
