Thalapathy Vijay's Leo is getting bigger by the day. The latest we hear is that the film is all set to release in IMAX. Leo, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is all set to drop in theatres on October 19 worldwide.

The film's production house, Seven Screen Studio, dropped a brand new poster which features Vijay with a flambeau. An eagle is seen observing the goings-on. Seven Screen Studio captioned the picture, "Get ready for an explosive cinematic blast, there’s no holding back We're taking your cinematic experience to new heights by bringing #Leo (Tamil) to #IMAX @IMAX #IMAXIndia#LeoInIMAX #LeoFromOctober19 (sic)." The poster has become a huge hit on the internet.
The film to cross Rs 100 crore worldwide
Going by the advance bookings for Leo, it looks like the film is all set to collect Rs 100 crore on the day one of release. While the film has been setting a record sales in tickets, the latest we hear that a multiplex in Coimbatore has sold more than 15,000 tickets within a span of six hours. Leo is all set to release in more than 650 screens in Kerala.
Leo album, a massive hit
Meanwhile the first single, Naa Ready sung by Thalapathy Vijay himself along with Asal Kolaru and Anirudh Ravichander, has hit more than 150 million views on YouTube. The song was released after the title announcement video, Bloody Sweet. The team has already announced an alter ego rap version, which is titled Annanadhiradi. The song is said to be a celebration of Thalapathy Vijay and Leo.
Ahimsa Entertainment wrote on its social media handle, "Start the fireworks! Our ALTER EGO RAP, a celebration of Thalapathy Vijay & #LEO, is officially titled #ANNANADHIRADI Big love to @SonyMusicSouth who'll be launching our music video and vibing with all of us soon (sic)!
