Leo first look Twitter reactions: Netizens go gaga over Thalapathy Vijay's incredible action avatar

The first look of Vijay-starrer Leo was revealed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and team at 12 am today, and hordes of the star's fans have been expressing their excitement on social media. The poster which has Vijay seen hammering someone and a hyena alongside the actor have been sending fans into a tizzy.

While many are going gaga over Vijay's aggressive looks, there are those who heap praise on Lokesh and poster designer Gopi Prasanna for coming up with a massive treat for cinephiles. Netizens have already started decoding the hints makers have kept as surprise for movie buffs.

Though a poster from Leo was unveiled recently when Lokesh announced the promo of first single Naa Ready, what made many look forward to the official first look was the theme of the film which makers are going to set through the poster. 

Many celebs from Kollywood and a few from other industries, too, appreciated the intense first look and extended birthday wishes to Vijay who turns 49 today. However, few opined that they expected more considering the mammoth hype the project has been riding on.

It's expected that makers would be coming up with a second look as well and many have started trending #LeoSecondLook from their Twitter pages. For now, fans are waiting for Naa Ready song which will be unveiled at 6 pm today. Meanwhile, there are a few who have been attempting to infer connection between Leo's first look and Lokesh's LCU.
