Leo first look featuring Thalapathy Vijay's aggressive avatar hints at Lokesh's film being part of LCU?

The most-anticipated first look of Lokesh Kanagaraj's Leo was out exactly at 12 am today, leaving fans of Vijay thrilled. The latter looks aggressive in the intriguing poster and is seen smashing someone with a hammer amid the bone-chilling weather in Kashmir.

Netizens have already started decoding the poster which has a stunning hyena and two human teeth which are spotted flying in the air as a result of hammering the unknown person. One of the reasons many were looking forward to the first look was to know if the movie is part of LCU which was created with Vikram, Lokesh's previous outing.

The director had mentioned a while ago that the first poster of Leo would reveal whether it's part of LCU or not. However, there isn't any such announcement from the makers' side and fans started wondering if it's a standalone movie like Master, which marked the first collaboration between Vijay and Lokesh.

Interestingly, a few cinephiles have now come up with a theory pointing out the two teeth spotted in the first look poster. Remember Vijay Sethupathi's character Santhanam who had golden teeth? It was one of the highlights of the gangster role which made him the favourite of many.

It shouldn't be an exaggeration to assume that Vijay's character was hammering Santhanam in Kashmir. The promo video which revealed the project's title a few months ago had several gangsters arriving at Kashmir to take on Vijay.

Santhanam could be one among them and in an intense fight, he loses his teeth which are later replaced by golden teeth. According to the poster decoding by a few, Leo is part of LCU and the incidents in the movie take place before Kamal's Vikram and Fahadh's Amar meet Santhanam.
