Laal Singh Chaddha song Kahani Twitter reactions: Fans praise Pritam, Amitabh Bhattacharya for ‘beautiful’ track

For sometime now, Aamir Khan has been teasing a ‘kahani’ in store for viewers. The announcements made by Aamir had left fans wondering whether the actor was talking about an update from his upcoming film, Laal Singh Chaddha. And proving them right, the actor has unveiled the song Kahani, the first track from his upcoming film. Netizens seemed to instantly fall in love with the soothing track and Twitter was rife with users showing their appreciation for the song.

Many users referred to the track as ‘beautiful, while sharing the song on their Twitter handles.

One user said the track was ‘pure class’, and the ‘melodious’ music marked a ‘beautiful start’ to Laal Singh Chaddha. One user even said that the song made them emotional and the ‘beautiful’ vocals and ‘magical’ lyrics made the track a ‘special’ one. Another user said that they were listening to the song on repeat.

The team behind the song was also hailed by netizens for their efforts.The song was composed by Pritam and featured lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Mohan Kannan has provided the vocals for the song.

Pritam’s ‘beautiful’ composition was appreciated by users, and one user said the composer never disappointed fans. Amitabh’s lyrics were also lauded, with one user calling the lyrics ‘top notch’. Another called the lyricist ‘the best lyrics writer’ in Bollywood at the moment. Calling the song ‘meaningful and heartwarming’, a user also said that they were reminded of the tracks from Taare Zameen Par and 3 Idiots, both films which also starred Aamir.

Advait Chandan has directed the film, which is the Hindi remake of the Academy Award-winning Hollywood film Forrest Gump (1994). In addition to Aamir, the upcoming film also features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh and Chaitanya Akkineni in pivotal roles.
