L2 Empuraan trailer update: Prithviraj Sukumaran shares post on Mohanlal's dubbing for much-anticipated film

After a lacklustre 2024, Mohanlal would be hoping to reverse his fortunes at the ticket window with the New Year. And 2025 has the best line-up of films that the fans of the Malayalam superstar have been eagerly waiting to watch on the silver screen. Mohanlal in L2 Empuraan

L2 Empuraan is undoubtedly one of the most eagerly awaited projects from Malayalam this year. With less than 3 months left for the movie to grace the silver screens, fans are looking for any updates on the movie. Not the one to disappoint his fans, Prithviraj shared a photo on his Instagram stories, which said 'RL-01-For-Dub-Lal sir'. It is being reported that Mohanlal is set to begin dubbing for the much-awaited film, which it is in the final stage of production.

L2 Empuraan trailer to be released on Jan 25?

Meanwhile, it was earlier reported that Mohanlal’s other films for 2025 will be announced on January 25 during an event of Aashirvad Cinemas. The trailer of L3 Empuraan could also be unveiled at the same event, which is being held as part of the 25-year celebrations of Antony Perumbavoor’s Aashirvad Cinemas.

Announcements about as many as five projects are expected to be made during the event. This could also include updates about Hridayapoorvam, which would see Mohanlal reuniting with Sathyan Anthikad with whom he has collaborated on numerous hit films such as Nadodikkattu.

Mohanlal's upcoming release Thudarum

Meanwhile, Mohanlal is all set for the release of his upcoming film Thudarum, which will hit theatres on January 30, 2025. The film, helmed by Tharun Moorthy, is quite special as it would reunite the beloved onscreen pair of Mohanlal and Shobana.
