Kundali Bhagya: Shakti Arora returns to TV to play a powerful grey role in Shraddha Arya, Dheeraj Dhoopar's show

Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya is one of the most popular daily soaps in the country. The Shraddha Arya and Dheeraj Dhoopar starrer is a spin-off of the television giant's other show, Kumkum Bhagya starring Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia. The Ekta Kapoor tv series is all set to introduce actor Shakti Arora as a new character.

Kundali Bhagya follows the story of Preeta, who unwillingly marries Karan in an unconventional circumstance but later decides to protect her newfound family as her own.

Shakti will appear portraying a grey shade character, Arjun in Kundali Bhagya. The romance-drama series marks the come-back project of the Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi fame actor post three years. He was last seen in Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka alongside Drashti Dhami, Aditi Sharma, Aneri Vajani, Tejasswi Prakash and Kunal Jaisingh among others.

The Shraddha-Dheeraj starrer will introduce him as Arjun post the five-year leap in the story. The new character will create havoc in the lives of the protagonists.

Talking about his upcoming stint, Shakti mentioned in a recent statement that he feels incredibly blessed to be a part of such a popular TV show that the public adores and appreciates so much. He also mentioned that it's like a homecoming for him as he has worked with Zee TV in the past. "My character, Arjun, has some grey shades and he is someone who wants to create trouble for Preeta and the Luthras. Having said that, I feel he has a lot of layers that the viewers will understand as the story progresses," he added.

Kundali Bhagya, which also has Manit Joura, Anjum Fakih, Ruhi Chaturvedi, Sanjay Gagnani and Abhishek Kapur among others, is available to tune in on Zee TV every Monday to Friday at 9.30 pm. The famous show can be streamed online on ZEE5 as well.
