There are a few shows on streaming platforms that have struck a chord with the audience, offering content that reflects their own experiences. In the Indian streaming space, 7 out of 10 times, these shows come from the TVF mill, which has now branched out across several streamers. On Netflix, the production house is about to release the third season of their stellar show about the business of education in a town in India, Kota Factory. Starring Jitendra Kumar in the lead, with Tilottama Shome joining him this time, Kota Factory Season 3 is set for release this month, and Netflix has just dropped the trailer.
For the last couple of weeks, Kota Factory Season 3 has been generating a lot of buzz, with the makers teasing fans with various promotional content almost every day. However, what was missing in all that content was a trailer, which has now been released. The trailer captures the serious tone the show has now adopted. After going through many challenges together, the characters are now moving towards D-day, when they will appear for their final exams. Read on to learn more about what to expect.
The trailer encapsulates everything quite perfectly. The man who gave everyone hope, Jitu Bhaiya, is now in need of a recharge. We see Jitu Bhaiya, who is probably undergoing therapy, which is the most intriguing part. On the other side, something is not right with Vaibhav, as he feels his preparation is inadequate, and Meena is scared because he still has a lot to study. The trailer also introduces Tillotama Shome as an interesting character who makes some interesting remarks on Kota, which, according to her, was once a place where diamonds were polished but is now just a factory of mass production. The Kota Factory Season 3 trailer will definitely leave you intrigued about what’s to come.
Directed by Pratish Mehta and produced by TVF Productions, Kota Factory Season 3 is helmed by showrunner Raghav Subbu. It stars Jitendra Kumar, Mayur More, Ranjan Raj, Alam Khan, Revathi Pillai, Ahsaas Channa, and Rajesh Kumar in their recurring roles. The show will see Tillotama Shome join the cast as a new mentor, which is a noteworthy addition to an already stellar cast.
"As the new season of the black-and-white series unfolds, the students inch towards adulthood, grappling with fears and aspirations as final exams loom, pondering what the future may hold. Meanwhile, fan-favourite Jeetu Bhaiya must come to terms with his own role as a mentor following the tragic cliffhanger from Season 2. After all, growing up isn't just for the kids; it's a never-ending dilemma, no matter how old you get. The talented ensemble cast reprises their roles in Season 3, with the addition of a new Chemistry teacher, played by Tillotama Shome,” reads the official synopsis.
