On November 27, Ormax Media revealed that now episode 5, where Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan came, the show became the most viewed last week with 6.9 million streams on Disney+ Hotstar.
MasterChef India Season 8 on SonyLIV
MasterChef India is a reality cooking show, where aspiring chefs and food lovers from various parts of India become contestants and showcase their culinary skills in front of esteemed judges to win the title and grand prize money. It is a Hindi adaptation of MasterChef Australia, which is also based on the original British MasterChef.
The first season of MasterChef India was aired on StartPlus Channel, and was hosted by Akshay Kumar, Kunal Kapur and Ajay Chopra. This year, the season 8’s judges are Chef Ranveer Brar, Chef Vikas Khanna, and dessert queen Pooja Dhingra. Season 8 began on October 16, and is still ongoing.
MasterChef India Season 8 last week garnered 3.3 million streams, and topped the most viewed show on SonyLIV.
Apurva on Disney+ Hotstar

Temptation Island India on JioCinema
It is an Indian reality dating game show, adapted from the namesake American show, where amid the lush greenery and sun-kissed shores of a tropical island, couples embark on a journey to test the resilience of their bond. Surrounded by the allure of attractive strangers, they navigate a delicate balance of maintaining intimacy while navigating the temptations that arise in this enticing paradise. Debuted on November 3, Temptation Island India has garnered 6.6 million streams, and became the most watched show on JioCinema.
The Railway Men on Netflix
This series tells a story about railway workers, who saved many lives during the 1984 gas tragedy at the chemical company Union Carbide India Limited's plant in Bhopal. The series is inspired from the heroics of station master Ghulam Dastagir and team in Bhopal Junction railway station on the night of the gas tragedy.
Released on November 18, The Railway Men has garnered 5.2 million streams, and became the most watched series on Netflix.
