Koffee With Karan Season 8 promo: Sidharth Malhotra reveals Varun Dhawan's flirting skills had a Shah Rukh Khan connection; find out

The new promo for Koffee With Karan Season 8 is out, and it reunites two of Karan Johar's "students" on the couch after a decade. Yes, we are talking about Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, the Student of the Year co-stars who are gracing the show, minus Alia Bhatt. Earlier today, the dropped promo showcased an exciting glimpse of what's in store for the upcoming episode.

Nostalgic moments

In the video, Varun urged Karan that, after the episode, he hopes that their relationship stays intact. Moreover, the trio reminisced about their time during the shoot of My Name Is Khan, where Sidharth and Varun were assistant directors. They quipped that VD used to give girls photos of Shah Rukh Khan as a part of his flirting skills. Moreover, they even discussed their marital life with a dash of humour. Sidharth's request to list his three best friends from the film industry left Karan dumbfounded.

Playful banter

Varun also went on to pull Karan's leg by saying, "In my dad’s film, there is a character called Shaadiram GharJode. He is Karan Johar ghar tode."

Meanwhile, Varun and Sidharth have appeared with multiple celebrities on the Koffee couch. After their debut on the show together, VD has come with Arjun Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, and Anil Kapoor. Sidharth graced the talk show with Jacqueline Fernandez, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Vicky Kaushal.

Interestingly, both the actors are now married men; Varun tied the knot in 2021 with Natasha Dalal, while Sidharth and Kiara Advani got married earlier this year.

Kens without Barbies!

However, in his introduction, Karan welcomed both the actors by stating, "They’re ideal husbands to the world, but on my couch, these boys are nothing but Kens without their Barbies."

The upcoming episode of Koffee With Karan Season 8 will be out on November 23, 2023, at midnight on Disney+ Hotstar.
