Koffee With Karan 8: Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh and Kareena Kapoor Khan-Alia Bhatt set to grace Karan Johar's couch

Karan Johar hosted talk show, 'Koffee with Karan', which is coming back with Season 8. The show is scheduled to start streaming on October 26 on Disney+ Hotstar. Announcing the show, KJo took to his social media account and shared a video which he captioned: "Turns out, my own Konscience wants to troll me too! But screw what he thinks, I'm still brewing Season 8."

Since the filmmaker announced the new season, fans have been excitedly awaiting the announcement of which celebs will be invited to appear on the show this season.

It was earlier reported that before heading for the Singham Again filming, Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty shot an episode for the upcoming season 8 of Karan Johar's iconic series Koffee With Karan. 

And now, according to India Today, the recent Koffee With Karan filming involved Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh as well as Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan. According to the source, episodes for Season 8 of Koffee with Karan have already been filmed at the YRF studio in Mumbai with actors Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, Bollywood's most adored couple, Rohit Shetty, and Kareena Kapoor Khan. This is notable since it's the first time all three pairings have appeared on Koffee with Karan together.  

Shah Rukh Khan to appear Koffee With Karan?

The source also gave an update if Shah Rukh Khan will appear on the show or not. The portal quoted the source as saying: "There was a plan to get SRK for one episode, however, nothing is confirmed yet. SRK is currently busy with other commitments. But you never know, SRK and Karan share a great bond, he might decide to come at the last minute."

This show's host and director Karan Johar has a sizable fan following. In 2004, the first season, which focused on Bollywood actors' private lives, premiered. Koffee With Karan has enjoyed seven great seasons to this point.

Koffee With Karan Season 8 will start premiering on Disney Plus Hotstar on October 26.
