As we step into the month of October, OTT platforms are all set to drop some of the most highly awaited films of the year. Insidious: The Red Door on Netflix (October 6)

The fifth instalment into the famous Insidious franchise is a continuation of Insidious: Chapter 2 and talks about the events taking place after 10 years in Dalton and his father Josh's life as they set out to fight back evil again. Insidious: The Red Door stars Ty Simpkins, Patrick Wilson and Rose Byrne.

Haunted Mansion on Disney+ Hotstar (October 4)

A woman who lives with her son experiences unknown powers in her house. She hires a few spiritual experts to get rid of the supernatural occurrences at her residence. Haunted Mansion stars LaKeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson, Dan Levy, Jamie Lee Curtis and Jared Leto in pivotal roles.

Khufiya on Netflix (October 5)

The espionage thriller film stars Tabu, Ali Fazal and Wamiqa Gabbi in the Vishal Bhardwaj directorial and revolves around a former agent of a secret agency of India, who gets convicted for being a traitor, while he calls himself a patriot. 

Gadar 2 on ZEE5 (October 6)

The Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starrer follows the tale of Tara Singh, who had to land in Pakistan to get back his wife soon after the 1947 partition. Gadar 2 sees him stepping foot in the same country again to get back his son this time during the 1971 Indo-Pak war.
