Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar: Sharib Hashmi as Ved endures spiral of doubts as he searches his wife | Check out new poster

ZEE5's latest mystery thriller, Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar stars Sharib Hashmi, Anupriya Goenka, and Aamir Dalvi in the lead roles. Directed by Prabal Baruah, the plot follows Ved, played by Sharib Hashmi, whose life turns dark when his wife Meera mysteriously disappears. While he begins his desperate search, Ved is confronted with disturbing events and mysterious clues, leading to a thrilling investigation. Days after the release, the makers shared a new poster.

Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar's new poster is out

On December 29, ZEE5 shared a new poster of Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar on their Instagram account. The poster features Sharib Hashmi as Ved, Anupriya Goenka as Meera, and Aamir Dalvi as the police officer. The texts on the poster read, "Confused, Complicated, and Chaotic." It hints at how Ved endures a spiral of doubts while searching for his missing wife, Meera.

Sharing the poster, the streaming platform captioned it, "Every memory tells a story, not every story tells the truth! How long can Ved endure this spiral of doubt? #KhojParchaiyoKeUssPaar streaming now, only on #ZEE5."

Meanwhile, the OTTplay review for the series reads, "It did not hit the mark as it lacks a fascinating mystery. Some scenes indeed deserve praise as it maintains a sense of suspense. You can skip some parts as the final episode unveils a lot of secrets and brings clarity to Meera and her life finally."

Sharib Hashmi talks about his Ved character

During a chat with OTTplay, Sharib Hashmi admitted it was challenging to play Ved's character in Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar. The actor said that because this is the first time he has played a character in which there is no humor at all. 

"It is an intense character. I have never portrayed such situations anywhere. There were a lot of scenes, not just one, which seemed very difficult to me," he said. 

Hashmi also pointed to another scene that he found challenging but also had fun while filming it. "There was one scene where I had a confrontation scene with my wife. I can't tell you what it is right now, but we have a very heated argument. I had a lot of fun doing that and it was a long scene," added Sharib.

Meanwhile, for the unversed, the ZEE5 series is based on Rishi Kapoor's 1989 film, Khoj. Meanwhile, Khoj - Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar is also available on OTTplay Premium.
