KGF 3 is on cards; Yash and Prashanth Neel to reunite soon? Find out

Yash, the popular Kannada actor emerged as one of the biggest superstars of Indian cinema, with the massive success of KGF films. The blockbuster films, directed by Prashanth Neel, featured the talented actor as the much-loved character, Rocky Bhai. Even though rumours about KGF 3, the third installment in the franchise, has been doing rounds for a long time. Interestingly, leading man Yash recently confirmed that he is in talks with Prashanth Neel, for the third part.

Yash confirms KGF 3; drops a big update

In his recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Yash extensively spoke about his acting career, upcoming projects, and much more. The Kannada superstar, who had a long break from films after the mega success of KGF 2, confirmed that a third part is on the cards for the Prashanth Neel directorial. Interestingly, Yash stated that he is open to the idea of returning as Rocky Bhai, in the third installment of the KGF franchise.

The actor revealed that both he and director Prashanth Neel are well aware of the impact created by his character Rocky Bhai. Interestingly, Yash revealed that not just the audience, but even his friends from the film industry and cricket field are equally waiting for a third part. The superstar added that director Prashanth and him are actively discussing this idea, and are planning to come up with something massive and exciting, at the right time.

KGF-Salaar crossover

In the interview, Yash also reacted to the rumours about the crossover between the worlds of KGF and Salaar. According to the popular actor, the reports are completely baseless, as director Prashanth Neel and his team have no plans to merge these worlds, so far. Now, Yash’s big revelation has put the rumours on Rocky Bhais’ appearance on Salaar 2, to rest.

Yash’s current projects

The Kannada superstar is all set to make a grand debut in Bollywood with Ramayana, the upcoming epic drama which stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram. Interestingly, the KGF actor is set to play the antagonist, Raavan in the Nitesh Tiwari directorial. Yash is currently busy with the filming of Toxic, the upcoming action-drama film directed by Geetu Mohandas.
