Keedaa Cola release date out! Tharun Bhascker’s crime comedy hits screens on…

Tharun Bhascker, who re-released his coming-of-age tale Ee Nagaraniki Emaindhi earlier this year and received a fabulous response from crowds, is returning as a director after a brief sabbatical with the crime comedy Keedaa Cola. He also plays a crucial role in the film that features Chaitanya Rao, Cinema Bandi fame Rag Mayur, Brahmanandam, Ravindra Vijay and others in the lead.

K Vivek Sudhanshu, Saikrishna Gadwal, Srinivas Kaushik Nanduri, Sripad Nandiraj and Upendra Varma are producing the film under VG Sainma. Rana Daggubati is presenting the film that’s co-written by Pranay Koppala, Ramya Kakumanu, Shanthan Raj and Tharun Bhascker. The teaser released a couple of months ago earned impressive feedback from film connoisseurs.

Today, the makers confirmed Keedaa Cola’s release date. “Osthunaam #KeedaaCola at your nearest theatres Nov 3rd Ki theatres lo kaludhaam,” they tweeted, announcing that the film would hit screens on November 3 worldwide. AJ Aaron is the cinematographer for the project while Vivek Sagar composes the music. Upendra Varma is the editor and Ashish Teja Pulala is the art director.

Opening up about the film, Tharun Bhascker wrote, “Do you enjoy those moments when you have hilarious experiences that are both weird and cool at the same time? They don't have to make sense, but they end up giving you a sense of epiphany. Finally, you say, 'Wow, that was some insane fun. I would like to do that again.’ Then we've just made the perfect drink for you. We'll serve it to you at your favorite theater on November 3rd. Vibe mental untadhi. See you there!”

The Pelli Choopulu filmmaker had multiple releases as an actor this year including the Disney+ Hotstar show Anger Tales, Vishwak Sen’s action thriller Das Ka Dhamki and a special appearance in Hostel Boys. He had also written the dialogues for two critically acclaimed films in 2022 - Oke Oka Jeevitham (streaming on Sony LIV) and Ori Devuda (on aha).
