Kazhuvethi Moorkkan: Sivakarthikeyan, Pandiraj reveal first look and motion poster of Arulnithi's next

Arulnithi, who is known for choosing intriguing subjects, has completed shooting another project. It was only a few weeks ago that his movie Thiruvin Kural was announced by Lyca Productions. It has him sharing screen space with the legendary filmmaker Bharathiraja.

Now, Sivakarthikeyan and Pandiraj have unveiled the first look and motion poster of his latest film, titled Kazhuvethi Moorkkan. Sy Gowthama Raj of Raatchasi fame has directed the movie which is billed as a rural drama. A while ago, a couple of pics of Arulnithi sporting a handlebar moustache for the movie went viral. However, the film wasn't titled then, and makers were tight-lipped about other details.     

The motion poster has the actor wielding a sickle in his right hand and looking fiercely at someone. It looks like the first look poster is from an action-packed sequence. Dushara Vijayan plays the female lead in the project which has Santhosh Prathap, Saya Devi and Munishkanth among others essaying significant characters.

Imman has been roped in to compose music for the film which has lyrics penned by Yugabharathi. Sridhar and Nagooran have handled cinematography and editing respectively for the movie which has been bankrolled by Ambeth Kumar of Olympia Movies.

Ganesh is in charge of stunt sequences while Dina has been brought on board to choreograph dance scenes. Arulnithi is currently busy with Demonte Colony 2, one of the most-awaited sequels in Tamil, as well. If everything goes well, he might have more than one release this year.

The actor had three outings in 2022 - Dejavu, Diary and D Block - which are streaming on Amazon Prime, aha Tamil and Amazon Prime respectively.
