Bachchan enquired about his plans for the windfall and expressed his warmest wishes for him. Pavitra said in response that he needs Rs 25 to 30 lakh. His father has passed away, and he is currently repaying a loan. House maintenance is needed due to its crumbling state and complications. Moreover, his mother frequently falls ill, necessitating the payment of her medical bills. His modest pay discourages him from getting married.

Amitabh Bachchan's admiration for Sourav Ganguly

Meanwhile, Bachchan, during a session with the audience, revealed that he is very fond of Sourav Ganguly. There was supposedly a noticeable change in the team's vibe when he took over as captain. While playing overseas, Ganguly famously spun his shirt around the court to celebrate India's victory. "We are India," Ganguly made it clear emphatically. Even in the commentators, one can see it when the opposing team's players constantly compliment their own. On the other hand, Ganguly remains impartial and occasionally scolds the opposing team's players. His strength is impressive.
