Kartikeya Gummakonda, Tanya Ravichandran's action-comedy Raja Vikramarka to release on November 12

Actor Kartikeya Gummakonda, last seen in a massy avatar for Chaavu Kaburu Challaga, is gearing up to entertain audiences as a suave NIA agent for his next release, Raja Vikramarka. Tanya Ravichandran, the granddaughter of yesteryear Tamil actor Ravichandran, is paired opposite the actor in the film. Directed by debutant Sri Saripalli, the film also features Sudhakar Komakula, Tanikella Bharani, Sai Kumar, Pasupathi, Harsha Vardhan, Komakula, Gemini Suresh, and Jabardasth Naveen in important roles. The makers have now confirmed that the film will hit theatres on November 12.

88 Ramareddy is producing the project under Sree Chitra Movie Makers. He is confident that the audiences will lap up the film and shared they couldn't imagine anyone else for the lead role except for Kartikeya. "He has performed so well in the film as NIA agent Vikram, be it action, emotions or comedy. Sri Saripalli had no nerves in executing the project to perfection despite this being his debut project. We're quite happy with the first copy of the film and are looking to wrap the censor formalities at the earliest," Ramareddy stated.

Sri Saripalli is well-versed in international cinema and has hands-on experience in mainstream filmmaking with his stint under VV Vinayak. "Kartikeya's cheeky characterisation in the film is sure to impress audiences. Raja Vikramarka has a solid screenplay and was shot in several unexplored locations across Telugu states. We've paid adequate attention to detail, with the gadgets, guns and vehicles used in the film. Tanikella Bharani, Sai Kumar, Pasupathi, Harsha Vardhan and Sudhakar too have significant roles to play." he added.

Prashanth R Vihari is scoring the music for the film. Anand Deverakonda's Pushpaka Vimanam, Naga Shaurya-Ketika Sharma starrer Lakshya have already announced their release date as November 12. With Raja Vikramarka too confirming its arrival on the same day, November 12 is set to witness a three-way battle between the promising films.
