Just over two weeks ago, Rishab Shetty’s first directorial in four years, Kantara, released in theatres. The film, which did not come with a lot of buzz around it, went on to, however, mesmerize everyone who’s seen it and the word-of-mouth publicity has been so good that even in the third week, Kantara is showing no signs at slowing down its dream run.

The wildfire of Hombale film's action thriller Kantara is catching up with everyone. Be it fans, audiences, or celebrities. Everybody is talking about how stunned they were while watching Kantara. From the demigod to Rishab’s startling performance, to the dances that offered the audience a total cultural fest, everything about the movie is worth an applause.

Now, after winning accolades from celebrities like Prithviraj, Dhanush, Anil Kumble, Prabhas, Prashanth Neel and Anushka Shetty, Shilpa Shetty has also expressed her love for the film.

Taking to social media, Shilpa expressed her experience of watching the film. She writes “Appreciation post for #kantara . Watched the film in the theatre..OMG! Produced by Hombale Films, Kantara’s dubbed versions in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil released over the weekend and each has been doing well in its respective markets. The Malayalam and Tulu versions are still pending, with the former expected on October 20.
