Kanguva: Makers drop a new picture from the set featuring Suriya with Siva and Vetri, leave fans excited

After announcing the title of Kanguva and a new poster a month ago, fans of Suriya were thrilled about the pan Indian project which is being helmed by Siva. The big budget movie produced by Studio Green just wrapped up a crucial schedule in Kodaikanal.

Action choreographer Supreme Sundar had unveiled a couple of working stills of the film the other day. Suriya, Jyotika and a few others from the crew were seen in it, leaving fans excited. Now, the production house themselves has come up with a surprise for movie enthusiasts.

They have released a picture of Siva, Suriya and cinematographer Vetri from the set in Kodaikanal. Titled "The 'Captain' Of the 'Warrior's", the picture posted on Twitter has the trio posing for the photo with a smile. The team has been tight-lipped about its production and other updates for quite some time.

The film is said to be releasing in 10 languages in 2024. Bollywood actor Disha Patani is making her Tamil debut with the movie which is touted as the biggest project of Suriya in terms of budget. 

With the team having revealed a few stills from the location, the first look poster of Kanguva is what fans are now looking forward to. This is probably the first year Suriya is not having a release after ages. He was last seen in a sensational cameo in Kamal Haasan's Vikram last year, though Etharkkum Thunindhavan was his previous full-fledged outing.

Sudha Kongara's Hindi remake of Soorarai Pottru, which is supposed to be hitting screens on September 1, will have him essay a cameo. Fans are eager to know what role he has donned in the untitled flick.
