Dhaakad was released in theatres today.

Payal Rohatgi, a Lock Upp contestant who had unfollowed Kangana Ranaut on Instagram, attended the actor’s premiere for her film Dhaakad on Thursday.
Payal, who had shared her disappointment with the Kangana-hosted show Lock Upp, where she was the runner-up, while Munawar Faruqui was the winner.
According to her Instagram post, everyone who appeared on the show as a guest called her a ‘bad-ass’ contestant, and she realized her worth on the show, therefore she is confused as to why Munawar won the show while he was busy romancing with other women on the show.
“The winner had a wife and a child and a girlfriend was busy having romance with another woman in the show and the jobless celebrities found that REAL play😂😂 The so called winner used to MENTALLY attack the players and if that is funny then I feel sad for all of them.

Wish her film ….. 🙃” the actress captioned it while sharing a photo of herself in handcuffs.
After the event, Payal turned to Instagram to express her views about attending the premiere and even criticising Kangana for her behaviour at the event.
Payal wrote about Rangoli Kangana's sister and referred her as a “nice human being” while also criticising Kangana. She expressed appreciation for the invitation to the premiere, and she was delighted to see Sohail Maklai after such a long time.

The premiere of Dhaakad was also attended by film director Razneesh Ghai, actress Divya Dutt, and Arjun Rampal, who arrived with his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades , his children Mahikaa and Myra.
Participants from Kangana’s Lock Upp show were present at this event. Winner Munawar attended the premiere with his girlfriend Nazila, as did Saisha Shinde and Poonam Pandey.
On Thursday, Kangana who has also gifted herself with a Mercedes Maybach S68 costing Rs. 3.2 crore, even before her film Dhaakad has shown its significance at the box office.
The show Lock Upp, which was recently completed, can be watched on MX Player and AltBalaji.
Dhaakad was released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam theatres today. The action-thriller will compete opposite Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 at the box office.
