After having delivered superhit films like Tanu Weds Manu and Tanu Weds Manu Returns, the hit jodi of R Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut are back again for a psychological thriller

For all those who have loved the crackling chemistry of the superhit pairing of the feisty Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan, here is the news that you all have been waiting for. Both these actors are now all set to come together yet again in a film.
Kangana Ranaut took to social media and posted a selfie with R Madhavan. She captioned the same as “Back with my favourite @actormaddy for another stunning script”. Besides this, she also posted a photograph of a script reading session, which she went onto caption as ‘What a fabulous team @tridentartoffi’.
Looking back, both Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan have been a part of as many as two films which they have done together. These two films include Tanu Weds Manu, which was released in the year 2011. They, then, followed it up with the sequel of Tanu Weds Manu, which was titled Tanu Weds Manu Returns, which had been released in the year 2015. Both of these films did exceptionally well at the box office, thus making them (Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan) a hit pair.
Around late last year, Kangana Ranaut had taken to social media and had given a hint about the film by writing, “Today in Chennai we started filming our new film, a psychological thriller. Other details coming soon. For now need all your support and blessings for this very unusual and exciting script.”
The said untitled psychological thriller will be directed by filmmaker Vijay, who had earlier directed Kangana Ranaut in the much talked about Tamil film ‘Thalaivii’. Kangana, on her part, wrote a few words of appreciation about filmmaker Vijay. She wrote, ‘Dear Vijay sir after the incredible experience of Thalaivii happy to be basking in your glory again I love to be your team and take your commands. Thank you sir’.
Besides R Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut, no other details have been revealed so far. Watch this space for developments.
