Kalyani Priyadarshan shares her best moments of 2023; post includes BTS pictures from Varshangalkku Shesham set

Actress Kalyani Priyadarshan followed the trend of people sharing their special moments from 2023 on social media by sharing a few behind-the-scenes videos from Vineeth Sreenivasan's upcoming movie Varshangalkku Shesham.

In the first, Pranav Mohanlal and Kalyani can be seen playing table tennis, and in the second, Vineeth Sreenivasan appears to be having a lighthearted moment with the crew during the shoot. In another video, Basil Joseph and producer Visakh Subramaniam are seen singing with the crew members.

Vineeth Sreenivasan’s sixth directorial

Actor and director Vineeth Sreenivasan recently announced that the filming of Varshangalkku Shesham was completed. On December 20, the much-anticipated poster for the movie was released, announcing that it would premiere in theatres in April 2024.

Using his social media handles, Bollywood director Karan Johar unveiled the new poster, which offers a first glimpse at the characters portrayed by Pranav Mohanlal and Dhyan Sreenivasan. It features the couple dancing across from one another while making hand gestures that suggest they are enjoying a song. A massive cutout of the late Dr MGR, the superstar of Tamil cinema, stands behind them. On the whole, the poster promises an engrossing family entertainer with a vintage feel reminiscent of early Tamil films.

Pranav Mohanlal, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Aju Varghese, Neeta Pillai, Basil Joseph, Dhyan Sreenivasan, and Neeraj Madhav are among the star-studded ensemble of Varshangalkku Shesham. Nivin Pauly is also making a cameo appearance in this movie.

Pranav and Kalyani’s third film together

Malayali's favourite young on-screen pair is coming together for Varshangalkku Shesham. The duo appeared in Priyadarshan and Mohanlal’s Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham (Amazon Prime) and Vineeth’s previous directorial, Hridayam (Disney+ Hotstar). 

Pranav had taken a break for travel after acting in Hridayam, and Kalyani Priydarshan played the lead role in Sesham Mike-il Fathima, which is streaming on Netflix, and Antony this year. She will also be acting in Jayam Ravi’s Tamil film Genie, which is expected to release in 2024.
