Post her wedding, Sonakshi Sinha is all set for her upcoming film titled Kakuda. The horror-comedy also stars Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem. The film is all set to release on Zee5. After sharing the character posters of the three leads, the makers have now shared a new poster featuring Aasif Khan.

Aasif, who was recently seen in Panchayat has been roped in for the supernatural comedy, Kakuda. In the new poster featuring him, he looks terrified. Sharing the poster on his official social media account, the actor wrote - "Miliye Kilvish se, Ratodi mein karte hain sabki hajamat, rehna hai inko Kakuda se salamat. Mangalwar 7:15 baje darwajja kholna mat bhulna"
Two days ago, Sonakshi Sinha shared a new poster from the film featuring her. She captioned the post - "Indira doesn’t believe in ghosts, but Kakuda’s wrath is about to get very personal! Can she survive the mayhem?"
The film is directed by Munjya fame, Aditya Sarpotdar. Promising to be a hilarious ride with a lot of thrill, Kakuda is set in the haunted village of Ratodi. The film revolves around the narrative of a small town where every house has two doors - a small and a big door. Every Tuesday at 7:15 pm sharp, the smaller door must be opened or the wrath of Kakuda will haunt the villagers.
Speaking about the film, director Aditya said, "As a filmmaker and a fan of the horror-comedy genre, I find it incredibly fascinating to explore the delicate balance between fear and laughter. It's a challenging task to make viewers simultaneously scared and amused, but with Kakuda, I am confident that we have hit the right chord yet again."
