Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Aamir Khan, and Juhi Chawla starrer Ishq, which was released in the year 1997 is still recognized as one of the most-loved films in Hindi cinema. The romantic action-comedy film is sure to make you laugh and cry with its jokes which are still relatable and funny. Today is the 26th anniversary of the movie's release, and Kajol celebrated by posting a throwback photo of herself and the lead actors on Instagram.
On November 28, Kajol shared a throwback photo of herself with the main cast of Ishq on Instagram, marking 26 years since the movie's release. In the caption, the actress wrote, “This picture was taken once we had finished stomping on the hills of Switzerland for the day.. You can’t see how zapped we were or how we were like “Why does the sun set so late damnit ? “ .. What fab actors we were na ;)”
About Ishq
This romantic drama, which starred Aamir Khan, Juhi Chawla, Kajol, and Ajay Devgn in the key parts, was one of the most unexpected hits of 1997. The song Neend Churayi Meri instantly became a hit and is still loved by the audience. The iconic scene of Ajay and Aamir where they get hung on a pipe at a height still cracks us.
Directed by Indra Kumar, Ishq also featured Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Dalip Tahil, Johnny Lever, and Mohan Joshi in supporting roles. It was the third highest-grossing Bollywood film of 1997.

Kajol was last seen in her OTT debut with Disney Plus Hotstar for the show The Trial Pyaar Kanoon Dhoka. The show also stars Saurabh Shukla, Jisshu Sengupta, and Gaurav Pandey among others. She will be next seen in the film Do Patti where she will be seen sharing the screen space with Kriti Sanon. The movie will be directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi.
