Kaala Paani on Netflix: Amey Wagh interrogates Sukant Goel in the latest promo video

Kaala Paani is the upcoming web series on Netflix. Directed by Sameer Saxena and Amit Golani, the survival thriller drama stars Amey Wagh, Mona Singh and Ashutosh Gowariker in pivotal roles. After an intriguing trailer video, a new promo is out from the show ahead of its release.

The new promo features Wagh as a police officer and Sukant Goel as a small-time goon in a fun banter. As the latter tries to enjoy his own company in a marketplace munching his favourite snack, the cop arrives and starts having a facetious conversation and mocking him in front of everyone in broad daylight. Moving on, the fun conversation turns into an interrogation as the police officer grills Goel and asks him a few questions. Makers dropped the latest promo video with a special caption on Netflix's YouTube channel that reads, "A friendly conversation or an interrogation in disguise? Will Chiru fall prey to the smart tactics of Inspector Kamat? (sic)."

All about Kaala Paani

The upcoming spooky thriller drama follows the tale set against the backdrop of Andaman and Nicobar Island and talks about a mysterious illness that shakes the state. Written by Biswapati Sarkar, Amit Golani, Sandeep Saket, and Nimisha Misra, it also features Vikas Kumar, Arushi Sharma, Radhika Mehrotra, Chinmay Mandlekar, and Poornima Indrajith as key characters. Kaala Paani is all set to premiere on Netflix on October 18.
