Jyotika joins Ajay Devgn and Madhavan's supernatural thriller helmed by Vikas Bahl

After the announcement of R Madhavan joining Ajay Devgn for his much anticipated supernatural thriller, the makers have another star power getting added to their list. Today, the makers announced that Jyotika is all set to join the cast of Vikas Bahl's directorial. The actress will play a pivotal role in the film. The star-studded cast has piqued the curiosity of fans.

The film is all set to go on floors this June and the shoot will happen extensively  in Mumbai, Mussoorie and London.  The thriller will be bankrolled by Ajay Devgn, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak under the banner Ajay Devgn Ffilm and Panorama Studios. The makers will be unravelling more information about the film soon.

Jyothika and Madhavan have already worked together in films like Dumm Dumm Dumm and Priyamaana Thozhi and the onscreen couple were much loved by the audience. Jyotika, too, had stated that she loved working with Madhavan. However, this is the first time that Jyotika will be teaming up with Ajay Devgn.

Jyotika is returning to Hindi films after 25 years this year. Jyotika is already part of her comeback Hindi film, Sri, which is a biopic on Srikant Bolla, a visually impaired industrialist and the co-founder of Bollant Industries. The actress will be seen with Rajkummar Rao in the film, which is all set to hit screens on September 15.

Interestingly, Jyotika and Suriya had recently shifted base to Mumbai and Jyotika was said to have signed a series of projects in Hindi. The actress is also part of the Malayalam film, Kaathal - The Core, in which she has teamed up with Malayalam Superstar Mammootty. The film is directed by Jeo Baby, who helmed the award-winning film The Great Indian Kitchen. The film is gearing up to hit screens soon.
