Just Married teaser: : Debutant director Bobby CR’s star-studded film is the maiden production venture of music director Ajaneesh Loknath

Just Married, the upcoming Kannada film, which marks the directorial debut of Bobby CR and sees composer Ajaneesh Loknath in the role of producer, is reportedly a comedy drama. But if the teaser of the film, which came out earlier today, is anything to go by, Just Married is quite the emotional drama with plenty of intense moments. What’s also special about the teaser is the power-house talent on board the film.
Ajaneesh and Bobby have put together a massive ensemble cast including Shine Shetty, Ankita Amar, Sruthi Hariharan, Shruthi, Devaraj, Ravishankar Gowda, Achyuth Kumar, Ravi Bhatt, Malavika Avinash, Sakshi Aggarwal, Anup Bhandari, Shriman and Vani Harikrishna, among others.
Speaking at the teaser launch, Ajaneesh said that the pinnacle of the film business is production, which he wanted to achieve from the time he stepped into the Kannada film industry. And when he came across a few stories that his long-time acquaintance, music producer Bobby CR had with her, one stood out, which he thought needed to be brought to audiences. But while he wanted to turn producer, Ajaneesh says that handling finances is not his cup of tea, so he left actual production duties to Bobby.
As far as the cast of the film goes, Shine Shetty was the first choice, while Ankita was introduced to the team by Chandrajith Belliappa, the director of the recent Ibbani Tabbida Ilayeli. The team also managed to get composer V Harikrishna’s wife, singer Vani Harikrishna to do a character.
The film, according to reports was shot in only 20-days, across locations in Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Chikamangaluru. Ajaneesh has scored six songs for his debut production.
