Jr NTR's Devara needs THIS much to break even in Telangana - Exclusive

Devara is all set to hit the screens on September 27, 2024, in a very big way. The film has broken so many records in the US as bookings are on fire. Jr NTR is now in the US and will promote the film for the next few days. Back in Telugu states, Devara will be released with massive hype all over as Jr NTR will be seen as both father and son in the film.

The pre-release business has been done on a crazy note and in the state of Telangana, the film will be released in a record number of theaters in Hyderabad. We have now come to know that Devara needs to make at least Rs 53 crore to be in the safe zone.

One of the trade experts says that Devara needs to make at least Rs 45 crore to break even in the Nizam area. Jr NTR's no other film apart from RRR has crossed the Rs 50 crore mark in the state of Telangana. So, there is a lot of pressure on Devatra to deliver and also rake in big numbers to be in the safe zone.

That means from the US premiere shows itself, Devara needs to start with positive reviews. The pre-release event which was planned in Hyderabad was canceled at the last minute as too many fans clocked the Novotel hotel and things went out of control. Koratala Siva has directed Devara which will be released in two parts.

Janhvi Kapoor makes her debut with this film which also has Saif Ali Khan in a key role. Jr NTR, in an interview with Karan Johar, has revealed that Devara is a cinematically dramatic father-and-son action drama that is high on emotions and commands a big screen watch.

It has been six years since the star hero had a solo release. So there is crazy buzz for the film which has been produced on a budget of Rs 200 crore. Jr NTR's actor brother, Kalyan Ram co-produces the film along with Yuvasudha Arts.

Anirudh composed the music for this film and the songs have become smash hits. We need to see how much the film is made in Telugu states when it comes out on September 27, 2024. Watch this space for more updates.
