Jolly O Gymkhana on OTT: When and where to watch Prabhu Deva's crime comedy flick

Jolly O Gymkhana, the recently released black comedy film starring Prabhu Deva in the lead role, is all set to make its OTT debut soon. Aha Tamil has bagged the digital rights, and the film is expected to premiere on December 27 for the weekend.

Prabhu Deva’s Jolly O Gymkhana on OTT

Actors Prabhu Deva, Madonna Sebastian, Abhirami, and others, starred in the 2024 Tamil crime comedy film titled Jolly O Gymkhana. The film is directed by Sakthi Chidambaram. After its theatrical run, the film is gearing up for its OTT debut. Aha Tamil owns the streaming rights and will be made available soon on the platform. In addition, Jolly O Gymkhana will also be available on OTTplay Premium, with Aha Tamil being one of its offerings.

Apart from him, the film will also feature actors Madonna Sebastian, Abhirami, Yogi Babu, Yashika Anand, Redin Kingsley, John Vijay, Sai Dheena, MS Bhaskar, Robo Shankar, and Aadukalam Naren are also part of Jolly O Gymkhana.

Jolly O Gymkhana marks the third time Sakthi Chidambaram worked with Prabhu Deva after Charlie Chaplin (2002) and Charlie Chaplin 2 (2019). The technical crew consists of cinematographer Ganeshchandrra cranking the camera and editing by Ramar R and M. Niranjan Antony. Ashwin Vinayagamoorthy has scored the music.

What did Prabhu Deva say about playing a corpse?

Backed by Transindia Media and Entertainment, the film features Prabhu Deva playing the role of a corpse. Earlier speaking about the film, the actor had said that it was difficult playing a dead body. “I initially thought playing a dead man would be easy. But it was very difficult because you need to hold your breath. At the same time, you cannot move even for a second because the continuity will be lost otherwise. In fact, more than me, it is for actors like Madonna Sebastian and Abhirami, who have to carry me throughout the film.”
