Joe Jonas replies to Sophie Turner's allegations and custody petition amid their divorce battle

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's divorce has turned even more uglier and at the same time grabbing a lot of headlines. The singer-songwriter filed for separation from his wife reportedly without her knowledge around September 1. After that, the Game of Thrones star has recently filed a petition against her former husband regarding the custody of their two daughters and mentioned that the offspring are not being allowed to meet her, while Jonas replied to Turner's allegations now.

According to the latest report on E! News, a representative on behalf of Jonas shared that it's heartbreaking but legal dispute about their marriage that is unfortunately ending and terms like 'abduction' are completely misleading as well as serious abuse to the legal system.

The source also told the news portal that the children were not abducted earlier or ever and are currently with their mother after being with their father for three months with the agreement of both actors. Jonas' representative also claimed that Turner is making such claims and filing a petition only to move the whole proceedings of divorce to the UK for her convenience and to completely shift her children with herself in her homeland.
